The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the election of Governor Abubakar Bello of Niger State.
The court dismissed the appeal filed by Mohammed Nasko of the Peoples Democratic Party to challenge the victory of Bello of the All Progressives Congress in the March 2019 election.
